Is the iOS 10.3 still draining our batteries?

Is the iOS 10.3 still draining our batteries? I just noticed that ios 10.3 , despite the claims of a battery fix, still has an unbelievably act of draining phone batteries (iphone 6s in my case). Am I the only one getting this problem? my iphone is not included in the iphone 6s battery replacement program.

Battery Hog App - Delete the Top app’s that are draining your battery + some other steps with them as well.
Follow each step (you may want to Print too), as every recommended Step is important. It should work on 10.3 too.
